Drop patches from 3.22.0-1ubuntu1 that aren't needed with GNOME 3.22
Status in gedit package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
There are two patches
git_revert_gtksourceview322.patch
and
git_revert_gtk322.patch
that revert upstream changes to depend on parts of new GNOME.
We have those parts in Zesty now, so the patches can probably be
dropped.
Investigate if that is true and provide a branch which does this,
after testing the packages.
