file operations expands past screen boundaries

Bug description:
When you perform more than just a few file operations in several
moves, the "File Operations" window can expand past the boundaries of
the screen. I would think, ideally, this should start utilizing
scrollbars past a certain maximum height. I've attached a screenshot
for a better explanation.
