Official support for Ubuntu 10.10 "Maverick Meerkat" has ended. If this
bug is still occurring on Ubuntu 16.10 "Yakkety Yak" please run ubuntu-
bug to file a new bug report so that we can get a fresh set of log files
and system info.

Bug description:
Binary package hint: pulseaudio
Pulseaudio often dies and re-spawns either while going to sleep or
waking from sleep. I can tell that this has happened because Flash
plugin loses sound, Amarok crackles on playback and Skype freezes.
This problem occurs frequently, perhaps half the time I do sleep-wake
