Title: gnome-panel crashed with SIGSEGV in panel_widget_size_allocate() Status in gnome-panel package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: First, upon turning the monitor on after it has been off for several hours, the bottom panel is suddenly stuck on top, above the normally on top panel; no amount of fiddling in the Properties dialog sends it back to the bottom. The panel that is normally on top can be moved to the bottom and back just fine. Then in the bottom panel's properties dialog clicking the "Expand" entry freezes the dialog followed shortly by a crash of gnome-panel. Upon gnome-panel restarting the panels are in their correct positions. This is very intermittent; it has happened only one other time several months ago.
