Bug description:
  Description of problem:
  Default Xenial setup for libspice-server1-0.12.6-4ubuntu0.1 breaks Xspice 
rendering for clients. Also slows down client init.
  While connecting with the same spice-client (Ubuntu 14 and windows) to CentOS 
7 Xspice server work like a charm!

  libspice-server1-0.12.6-4ubuntu0.1

  How reproducible:
  Always

  Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Run an xspice server session
  2. Connect with a client

  Actual results:
  Long delay connecting, mouse invisible, graphical corruption, missing 
resolutions.

  Expected results:
  Session responds promptly, mouse is visible, no graphical glitches.

  Additional info:
  This setup uses a very simple default /etc/X11/spiceqxl.xorg.conf as detailed 
below
