Title:
Please update the font for the Lao language

Status in fonts-lao package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released
Status in fonts-lao package in Debian:
  Unknown

Bug description:
As pointed out at <http://askubuntu.com/q/852935>, the Phetsarath OT
font, which is currently installed by the fonts-lao package, is
ancient. A more recent and complete option is available at
<http://www.phetsarath.gov.la/download.php>. It would be great if
fonts-lao could be updated to install the Phetsarath OT.ttf file from
  there instead.
