Even better GETAROUND, in fatc the greatest GETAROUND ever:
The paste only fails if the current Writer window has a copy that is active on
the clipboard
When a paste fails:
activate another Writer window, do a copy here
- the Writer window you are trying to paste into no longer controls the
clipboard
Do the copy from your original source again, paste into Writer will now work

** Summary changed:

- LibreOffice Writer paste stops working after a Writer copy
+ LibreOffice Writer paste fails if that window has last Writer copy

Status in libreoffice package in Ubuntu:
  New
