When I resizing an icon on the Gnome desktop (Nautilus?) there is a
limit of how big it can become. When I trying to resize an icon over
the limit and then scale it down it starting to resize only after a
delay. And when "overscaled" some more the icon starts to move
nonlinearly instead of resizing.
