That's likely a local binary issue, could you give the output of those commands?

- which unity-control-center

The 'Details' panel in unity-control-center fails to load, libicu52
not present

Bug description:
When clicking on the 'Details' button in unity-control-center, nothing
happens. After that, trying to close the application just relaunches
it.
From the command line:
$ unity-control-center
libicui18n.so.52: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Failed to load module:
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/unity-control-center-1/panels/libinfo.so
(clicking on details)
libicui18n.so.52: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Failed to load module:
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/unity-control-center-1/panels/libinfo.so
