Title:
Network Manager Applet does not display WiFi networks after suspend.

Status in network-manager-applet package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  1) Release I'm using: Ubuntu 16.04.1 LTS
  2) Version of the package I'm using: 1.2.0-0ubuntu0.16.04.4
  3) What I expected to happen:
I expected to wake my computer up from suspend and see a WiFi list when I
click on the Network Manager Applet.
  4) What happened instead: After suspend, I click on the network manager
applet and there are no WiFi networks shown.

Note: After suspend, the WiFi reconnects, there just isn't a list of
  WiFi networks.
