Bug description:
When Nautilus is unpinned, it does not show up in the Launcher, even
when it is running. It does not show up the list displayed by alt-tab
either. Even when Nautilus is pinned, it does not indicate (with a
tiny arrow to the left of the icon) that it is running, and clicking
on the icon in the launcher doesn't switch to it.
This is regression from bug #1578792.
