Bug description:
Binary package hint: file-roller
For bzip2 files, the size fields reports the compressed size rather
than the uncompressed size that it reports for other compressed files.
For bzip2 files, the File Properties shows the "Archive size" and
"Content Size" to be the same, and the compression ration as 1.0.
