http://bugzilla.gnome.org because that's not likely to be changed in an
ubuntu/downstream specific way

Bring back open with other application sub-menu in Nautilus context

Bug description:
Dear all,
I regret that under 16.10 I need to first click on "Open with other
application" before I can select the application.
Prior to 16.10 a sub-menu would open on hover from where I could
select the application.
Can we please bring back the sub menu?
Please also take a look at the attached screenshot.
