Public bug reported:
Transmission throws an invaild argument errors when the torrent contains
any file/folder paths with special characters such '&' ',' on vfat
filesystems. It works without problem on ext* partition. Perhaps
transmission filesystems handling can check first while running such
mkdir operations on a vfat.
