Do other Orca keyboard keystrokes work? Where were you when starting Orca? What happens if once you have started orca, you log out and back in again? Do things work then as expected?

But the orca desktop key, i. e. insert, combined with a command, e. g. space, is not working. Expected result: orca settings window opens. Actual result: nothing happens.
