I would much prefer having the "Recently used" folder in "Save"/"Save as" dialog like in LibreOffice, Inkscape, Gimp.

Open an email with an attachment, and click on the button to save the attachment. A file chooser dialog appears. The bug is that it is not possible to select the recently used documents. Note that other gtk-3 file dialogs show the recently used documents even in save dialogs. Evolution-3.18 seemed to have disabled this feature although it is super-practical when you want to save many files (e.g. email attachments) to the same directory. Earlier versions of evolution supported this.
