Title:
Don't use gconf in aisleriot
Status in Aisleriot:
Confirmed
Status in aisleriot package in Ubuntu:
Fix Released
Bug description:
aisleriot is the last thing in the default Ubuntu .iso install using
gconf.
Eventually, someone may migrate it to gsettings but we've been waiting
for years for this.
If we pass --with-platform=gtk-only to configure, aisleriot will start
using .config/gnome-games/ for settings and statistics. Unfortunately,
old gconf settings and statistics are not migrated.
gconf is still kept in main by openjdk (LP: #1669132) and emacs25 (LP:
#1669136)
