Title:
  Cannot ignore secuirty certificate

Status in network-manager-applet package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Ubuntu 14.04

  network-manager-gnome:
     0.9.8.8-0ubuntu4

When I try to create a network connection that uses WPA2-enterprise
with PEAP authentication and MSCHAPV2, my connection does not require
  a security certificate.

When I click ignore, however, it does not record that. I have to
manually change the 'system-ca-cert=true' in /etc/NetworkManager
/system-connections/SSID, where SSID is my network connection, to
'system-ca-cert=false' to be able to connect to my wireless network.
