Title:
  Ubuntu Theme: flickering on rollover

Status in Gwibber:
  Fix Committed
Status in “gwibber” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Hi all,

Is it just me that Gwibber Ubuntu Theme has "flickering status" on
  rollover ?

I don't know how to explain, so an image is better than 1000 words,
  please see the gif attached.

You can see the "status div" increases height when mouse is passing over (and
icon appears).
I think it's because icon is 22x22, while the "time div" is little bit
smaller...
