Public bug reported:
Step to reproduce (on yakkety):
1/ Create a hotspot "connection"
2/ select "connect to hidden network" and select the created hotspot connection
=> signal icon goes off, which makes sense as client have to connect to use
now, not we to them
3/ Select "disconnect" to pull down the hotspot
Expected result:
Network manager applet returns to a state were available wifis are shown and
can be connected to.
Actual results:
No available wifi connections are shown.
