When this happens, the rename actually succeeded, so I usually just
relaunch nautilus and open the file.  Having logged this, I was doing
some more replication checks, straight after the crash, it was not
possible to duplicate, but I really get this a lot.

If there are more diagnosis steps I can take to capture more information
at the point of crash, let me know (I submitted the data from the Oops
window, so any data from there will be 'somewhere')

  Using nautilus, use CTRL-F to filter files viewed (Open Document ods files 
only)
  Right click on any file in the filtered view, and rename it
  and wait (not long).
  Window greys and closes, resulting in an internal error screen.
