Tools/macros/Organize Macros - Javascript option is missing. I installed 'rhino', with no effect. For javascript to work in LibreOffice it appears I need the file ScriptProviderForJavaScript.jar Maverick had this file: /usr/lib/openoffice/basis3.2/program/classes/ScriptProviderForJavaScript.jar in openoffice.org-java-common (http://packages.ubuntu.com/maverick/all/openoffice.org-java- common/filelist) But the file is missing from 11.10: http://packages.ubuntu.com/oneiric/all/libreoffice-java- common/filelist By taking the files found in Arch Linux: http://www.archlinux.org/packages/extra/x86_64/libreoffice-extension- scripting-javascript/ and putting them under /usr/lib/libreoffice/share/extensions/script- provider-for-javascript on 11.10, I can solve the problem. But clearly this should not be necessary. The files should be (but do not appear to be) provided by some package in 11.10.
