Public bug reported:

After few hours of normal work, terminal window stops showing it's
contents, not always entirely, but with significant lag, 3-4 seconds.
Contents appear in jumps, often contents do not show at all. Resizing
window makes it show it's contents eventually, switching tabs too.

Switching tabs sometimes produces an effect in which half of tab is
refreshed, other half is not.

Different window of gnome terminal works Ok.

Expected behavior: terminal window shows i'ts contents in timely manner
and does not blink.
