Bug description:
Network settings in Zesty allow users to define a connection as
"Shared to other computers", this does not currently work in Ubuntu
MATE 17.04 Beta 2 at least for wired connections.
The reason, from the logs is that dnsmasq binary, from dnsmasq package
is not present:
