chromium-browser-l10n is now a recommends of chromium-browser, so "apt
install" and GUI frontends will all install it by default.

  Binary package hint: chromium-browser

  1. Moving chromium-browser-l10n from Suggests to Depends of chromium-browser 
package.
  2. Create package with dependencies like in google-chrome: add 
chromium-codecs-ffmpeg-extra to dependencies of this package. Name this package 
chromium-browser-full, or chromium-browser-complete, or another name. Write in 
the description of this package "the full support of multimedia formats".
