By definition the custom title bar is custom. That said, middle click on
the custom title bar seems to minimize the window by default.

Title:
Title bar mouse actions do not abide by gconf-editor
Status in chromium-browser package in Ubuntu:
Won't Fix
Bug description:
Binary package hint: chromium-bsu
In gconf-editor, setting custom actions for
"action_middle_click_titlebar" and "action_right_click_titlebar" don't
affect the behavior of the mouse buttons when working with Chromium
without the system title bar and borders.
Specifically, with "action_middle_click_titlebar" set to "minimize",
the Chromium window will "lower", as the default setting would
dictate. Likewise, setting "action_right_click_titlebar" to
"toggle_shade" has no effect on the right click behavior in Chromium
without the system title bar and borders, rather, the menu shows up
with a right click.
