chromium-browser loops on bug report with apport.

Binary package hint: chromium-browser
When sending a bug report via apport in lubuntu , chromium-browser
opens up but isn't able to send the bug data. It loops on the "please
wait 10seconds until the data is send"-page of launchpad. It isn't
possible to report a bug this way.
