- hello.I use ubuntu mate 16.04 lts.I have one bug to report about suspend in
acer aspire 7720g with ge force 8400M GS card .I set up on 340.102 proprietary
tested driver ,but there is that bug on a suspend ,when I shut down the
computer ,and start over to work I,when I put into suspend I cant wake my
laptop,my screen is black,laptop turns on but the screen is
black,keyboard,touchpad ,nothing reacts at all,so I need to restart laptop and
then suspend works fine.let me resume,when I push shutdown and turn laptop
again suspend doesnt work at all so I need to restart laptop to meke it work
again.please help.acer aspire 7720G ,nvidia ge force 8400M gs card ,intel core
2 duo 7250 2.o ghz ,2gb ddr2 ram,.thanks,

Bug description:
I use acer aspire 7720G with nvidia geforce 8400M gs card 256 mb ,and
have problem with a suspend on ubuntu 16.04 mate lts .when I restart
computer then it works fine ,but when I normally shutdown and turn it
on again ,and put into suspend ,it wont resume from suspend ,so I need
to restart and suspend then works good.when suspend doesnt work black
screen on laptop is shown up ,keyboard,touchpad doesnt work at all
,then I must put on a force shutdown ,and then restart that suspend
can work again.please help,I use nvidia driver version 340.102 tested
everything else works fine ,only suspend not.system is fully updated
,newest kernel in use.thanks,bye
