Bug description:
I am running Ubuntu GNOME 16.10 with GNOME 3.22 and since switching
from Xorg to Wayland via the login screen I have noticed that with the
gnome-system-monitor that it always starts off on the left hand side
of the screen, and I like to have it on the right hand side, so that
is where I always put it. However, if I restart it, it always goes
back to the left side rather than remembering where it was before like
it does if I close it when it is fullscreen.
So far it seems that this issue only affects the gnome-system-monitor,
all other applications behave as expected in regards to this matter.
