Bug description:
Any time I connect my Acer G236HL LCD monitor with VGA via my Dell
Adapter (Part# 470-ABHH, DisplayLink driver version 1.2.65), the mouse
flickers and disappears in the primary monitor. It displays perfectly
on the additional monitor. It also displays perfectly after the
additional monitor is disconnected.
