I have same issue. nVidia proprietary driver and G105M card It can't depend to Unity, it is possible reproduce with Mint12 It looks like some problem with 3D accelerator. It is NOT reproducible in "terminator" Easiest way to reproduce: "man" ---- use pgup/pgdown "mc" ---- pres Ctrl+O few times or open "mcedit"
