  PulseAudio Heigh CPU Usage when using Tvtime

  3) play TV using My USB 2 Pinnacle using Tvtime / Video and sound are played 
correctly
  4) CPU usage is very heigh : around 50% in CPU 1.6GHZ dual core (Genuine 
Intel(R) CPU   T2060  @ 1.60GHz)
