Title:
[GA-880GM-D2H, Realtek ALC887-VD, Green Line Out, Rear] No sound at
  all

Status in pulseaudio package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
Sound has been fine for several days after building this computer and
installing Ubuntu 11.04. Like so many other things with Ubuntu,
suddenly things change for no reason. I log onto my network
automatically 1 time out of 5. The other 4 times I am continually
asked for my password until out of frustration I reboot again. On one
reboot I lost everything in the lower panel, rebooted and it was all
back. Today I had sound. I listened to online radio stations. I
played a CD. Everything was fine. Then a few hours later I was on
Facebook and clicked on a video and no sound. Tried a CD, no sound.
Online radio, no sound. It may be fine tomorrow after many more
reboots, but I'm getting tired of it. I may go back to 10.04. I had
sound in that version but it didn't like my wireless adapter.
