Title:
[Oneiric] can't build pulseaudio-0.9.23 from source twice

Status in pulseaudio package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
Not sure if this is a bug against latest pulseaudio source package
(0.9.23-0ubuntu2) or against dh_autoreconf -- current package cannot
  be built twice in succession.

pulseaudio build patches several Makefile.in files which cannot be
'clean'ed - quilt pop fails because the Makefile.in files no longer
match. dh_autoreconf is supposed to restore the files prior to quilt
pop; however, this doesn't work properly.

  With dh_autoreconf 4.
