Title:
  [USB-Audio - USB PnP Sound Device, playback] Pulseaudio fails to
  detect card

Bug description:
  I added a USB sound device and disabled the onboard device because I was 
getting noise.
  Once I did this, Ubuntu hangs during as X11 is trying to load and aplay 
doesn't detect a sound device.
