Title:
  [OEM, Realtek ALC892, Green Line Out, Front] Pulseaudio fails to
  detect card

Status in pulseaudio package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  i've tried to install the realtek drivers for it they dont install and
   alsa detects my onboard sound as 892 not 888
  I could use help and a walk through to do a clean installfor the realtek 
drivers, lasa and pulse audio
