Title:
  Audio stuttering

Status in pulseaudio package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
This issue began after doing updates through the software center. The
audio output stutters and skips similarly to how a skipping record
sounds. I believe the issue is in ALSA but I can't tell for sure.
