installing the required software for ubuntu backup shows that
something has crashed

Bug description:
I was installing the required software in settings for using the
included backup solution, and I was shown the report a bug window
because something has crashed.
The gcong package was autofilled when I clicked report the bug, but it
doesn't seem installed.
