I have done another upload now (-0ubuntu2) taking in the Debian changes.
Now the build is dh-based.

Note that there are many extra patches for driverless printing support
and some general fixes. I will submit them upstream soon.

The ippusbxd support will be removed later on when Avahi is fixed
(https://github.com/lathiat/avahi/issues/125) so that IPP-over-USB
printers work with CUPS alone (auto-setup by CUPS).

Title:
Please merge system-config-printer with Debian 1.5.9

Status in system-config-printer package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
system-config-printer is now being maintained (hopefully?) at
  https://github.com/zdohnal/system-config-printer

Debian packaged the latest version from there, but it was done too
late for Ubuntu 17.04. We should do this merge for 17.10.
