Hello, I think this is a problem with the Australian mirror that we are
using (202.158.214.106) - I just ran into this and fixed it by using a
VPN to the US.

  openshot will not install

Bug description:
  Using Ubuntu Software, I select OpenShot Video Editor and click <install>.
  Nothing happens.
  I click <install> again and the orange progress bar starts and grows to 
approx 5 mm.
  Nothing further happens.
  After a reboot (for another reason) OpenShot is not installed.
