Nautilus Open With shows the same program multiple times

Bug description:
Binary package hint: nautilus
When I right click and choose "open with, " nautilus shows me the
same program over and over again. Okuler seems to be it's hot
favourite program, seen in the list at least 10 times. The list is not
ordered in any particular way, and it's hard to find a program because
of these. Please fix this.
Screeshot should make it clearer.
