Title: the selection box on the desktop does not appear Status in “nautilus” package in Ubuntu: Incomplete Bug description: Binary package hint: gnome-session When clicking and dragging on the desktop the selection box does not appear. Also right-clicking and creating new files works but the files do not show up on the desktop. The files can be seen in nautilus. I believe that everything is working but certain things are not being drawn on the desktop.
