It's very strange, but after manual installation of packages from Debian Wheezy ( libavcodec53_0.8.20-0+deb7u1_amd64.deb libavutil51_0.8.20-0+deb7u1_amd64.deb libdirac-encoder0_1.0.2-6_amd64.deb libopenjpeg2_1.3+dfsg-4.8_amd64.deb libvpx1_1.1.0-1_amd64.deb libx264-123_0.123.2189+git35cf912-1_amd64.deb ) my RDP plugin is working.
