Bug description:
[Impact]
Installed snaps show twice in GNOME Software. The solution is to not scan the
installed .desktop files - there is sufficient information provided by snapd.
[Test Case]
1. Open GNOME Software
2. Install a snap (e.g. ohmygiraffe)
3. Switched to "Installed" tab
Expected result:
ohmygiraffe is shown once in the installed list.
Observed result:
ohmygiraffe is shown twice. One entry has data from the snap metadata, the
other from the installed .desktop file.
[Regression Potential]
There is some risk of breaking other appstream behaviour. The risk is low
because we only filter out the snapd specific directory that contains this data.
