Title:
nautilus crashed with SIGSEGV in g_type_check_instance_is_a()

Status in nautilus package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
As nautilus was thumbnailing photos and videos on a Nexus 5X connected
via PTP, I right clicked in the file browser close or possibly on a
file name of one of files that did not yet have a thumbnail generated.
It was at that point that nautilus crashed.
