libreoffice-dbg is not available any longer, it's been replaced by
dbgsym ddebs. See instructions on how to install them at
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Debug%20Symbol%20Packages#Getting_-
dbgsym.ddeb_packages.

Bug description:
  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Install Ubuntu 17.04 (zesty)
  2. Install libreoffice
  3. Try to install libreoffice debug symbols

  Expected results:
  * User is able to install libreoffice-dbg package.

  Actual results:
  * User is unable to install libreoffice-dbg package.

  Notes:
  * LibreOffice debug package was available on previous releases (see 
https://packages.ubuntu.com/search?suite=all&searchon=names&keywords=libreoffice-dbg
 ).
