Bug description:
Reproduce scenario :
- left click on an applet
- try the ^-Alt arrow to switch desktop
When an applet contextual menu is opened, you can't switch desktop with
keyboard shortcuts.
Normally,we should have a consistent behaviour in regards with the
workspace-selector applet, ie :
- first ^-Alt-arrow (for the workspace-selector : click), the menu is
unfolded
- second ^-Alt-arrow , we go to the next desktop

open, another symptom of this bug.
