I experienced similar on my desktop yesterday. No sound when BT speaker selected. Although I didn't unplug the power from the desktop :)
I think I need to ignore that though because the BT dongle on my desktop is super-cheap and buggy compared to laptops. It has kernel issues that then ripple into everything else. ** Tags added: a2dp -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to pulseaudio in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1705024 Title: Output to BT speaker stops when laptop is unplugged from AC Status in pulseaudio package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: artful desktop Test Case 1.
