Title:
no caps lock indication on login screen

Status in gdm package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
Ubuntu 17.10 daily no caps lock indication on login screen

On previuos Ubuntu Versions (eg. 16.04) at the login screen a little
warning sign would appear when caps lock was active. My laptop has no
light for caps lock so i rely on Ubuntu warning me.
