Change of height of a horizontal line (or width of vertical)

Bug description:
1) create a horizontal (or vertical) straight line and select it
2) try to change it height (or width) which is actually a thickness of a line
3) unexpectedly line shifts in horizontal (or vertical) direction. I think
that there should be no changes at all, even thickness should not change
(because for tilted lines such sequence should give a change in the shape of a
line).
